I’m a designer, fabricator, and CNC programmer located in the Maryland/DC area who enjoys taking projects from an initial idea through design, prototyping, and fabrication. My work has included custom furniture, architectural installations, signage, and one-off projects, often combining hands-on building with CAD/CAM, CNC machining, and material optimization. I’m especially interested in the problem solving between an idea and a finished product - I love prototyping and modeling, and then translating that into a finished product to make something work right and look great.
This portfolio showcases a handful of my favorite projects, where I’ve been involved from inception to completion and often worn several hats along the way, from project manager and designer to fabricator and builder.

Featured Projects
LED Backlit World Map
Created for Immigrant Foods in Arlington, this custom LED backlit world map was designed in close collaboration with the interior designer to meet the space’s unique aesthetic and installation requirements. Rather than a traditional framed map, each continent floats directly off the wall with completely hidden hardware, allowing the custom wallpaper behind it to remain fully visible.
Community Stage And Bandshell
Created for the Pike District Pop-Up Park in Bethesda, this stage and bandshell was redesigned and rebuilt to replace an aging structure that had far exceeded its intended 6–12 month lifespan. Working within the existing footprint and a tight budget, the new design increased usable stage space while reducing material use through simpler, sturdier joinery and a more efficient structural layout. The temporary foundation was also redesigned with gravel footings and custom support blocks to provide a level, durable, and well-drained base without requiring a permanent concrete foundation.
Little Windphone Project
The Little Wind Phone Project is a non-profit organization that brings free wind phones to public spaces. I worked closely with the founder to find design inspiration, iterate on ideas, prototype, and eventually launch the first wind phones around Maryland. Wind phones are now being ordered across the country.
Signs
I’ve created a variety of custom signs for local businesses, using techniques including painting, staining, engraving, and inlay to create distinctive pieces tailored to each space and brand.
CNC Furniture & Millwork Projects
I’ve designed and fabricated a range of CNC-cut furniture and millwork, including projects developed from my own concepts as well as pieces built around detailed client specifications. Whether starting with a blank sheet or translating an existing design into a buildable product, I focus on efficient material use, thoughtful construction, and repeatable fabrication.
